Arta Dorafsha is a technology leader and operator with over a decade of experience across engineering, customer success, and executive leadership. Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, he’s been proud to call San Diego home for the past nine years.
Most recently, he served as Division Director at a managed services provider, where he led a $10M annual revenue business unit with full P&L ownership and managed a 21-person team spanning four time zones. His background combines deep technical expertise with strategic advisory experience, helping businesses scale through automation, infrastructure, and intelligent systems design.
Arta holds an MBA in Business Analytics from the University of San Diego and a B.S. in Information Systems from San Diego State University. Outside of work, you’ll find him snowboarding in Mammoth, cheering on the Padres, or staying active in the gym.
